What are my options if I’m pregnant?
Your options are parenting, abortion and adoption. Facing an unplanned pregnancy is never easy. We recommend that you give yourself a little time to get over the initial shock. Then begin to gather information you need to decide your next steps. A Women’s Care Center counselor can help you find out the facts and make a life plan that is best for you.
What about abortion… are there any risks?
Any medical procedure has inherent risks. A Women’s Care Center counselor can provide information about the different types of abortion procedures and the potential health risks. Since many pregnancies end in miscarriage, before having an abortion, we strongly recommend that you have an ultrasound to determine if your pregnancy is viable. For a free ultrasound, call the center nearest you. For maps, directions and hours of operation of our Women’s Care Center locations, click here.
