Over 1,300 women found support at Women’s Care Center locations in Minnesota last year. The mission is to help you, with a unique approach that recognizes your strengths and respects your choices and decisions. All services are confidential and free, including pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, education and support. With 38 centers in 12 states, Women’s Care Center is the largest pregnancy center in the country.

What to Expect
From your first visit, you’ll feel the difference. Centers are comfortable and homey, not clinical. You’ll be greeted in-person by a counselor who will listen and support you, no matter your circumstances or decisions.
If you’re pregnant or think you might be, you will receive a lab-quality pregnancy test. And if you test positive, you will be offered a free ultrasound, most times right after your test. Your first visit usually lasts about an hour.
